How much do you charge?
We reserve the right to charge a fee of up to £500 depending on the administration and research required. However we do not typically charge a broker fee.
Do I have the come to the office for an appointment?
We are pleased to offer telephone, video and in person appointments depending on your preference and availability.
Do I need to have a deposit before having my first appointment?
Not necessarily, you may wish to come and see one of our team in order to get an idea of what affordability you have, as well as a savings goal for your deposit.
What documents do I need for my appointment?
We typically ask to see your identification, a proof income and bank statements initially. However the full list of requests could differ depending on your situation.
Can I get a mortgage if I've got bad credit?
A perfect credit record isn’t always necessary to secure a mortgage. We work alongside many lenders who consider clients who have bad credit history.
