Protection

“We have also used the team for Life Insurance which was again very efficient.”

We want to make sure your debt is fully protected.

A mortgage is a big financial commitment and needs a level of protection. You may suffer long-term illness or, worst case, lose someone in your family who is a mortgage payer. Paying the mortgage, keeping up with monthly outgoings, may not be your priority in challenging times but having the right insurance and protection could make things easier.

Life Insurance*

If you were diagnosed with a terminal illness or pass away, life insurance could pay out a cash sum or annual benefit.

Critical Illness

If you were to be diagnosed with a specific illness or undergo an operation, you could be provided with a cash sum or annual benefit through critical illness cover. Your children could also be covered as well.

Income Protection*

In the event of being unable to work due to ill health or injury, income protection could pay you a monthly benefit.

Building, Contents & Mortgage Payment Cover

Protecting your home is as important as protecting yourself.  In fact many mortgage lenders will insist on buildings cover being in place.

The Buildings insurance will cover your home’s structure as well as any permanent fixtures.

Contents cover however protects you and your home against damage or loss to non fixed items, such as carpets.

*Providing you make your monthly payments in full and on time.
